  • Aggressive, threatening, or abusive behavior toward colleagues, clients, or supervisors
  • Insubordination or refusal to follow lawful and reasonable instructions
  • Repeated breaches of health, safety, or hygiene regulations
  • Sleeping during assigned working hours
  • Serious neglect of duties resulting in risk or harm
  • Discrimination or harassment of any kind

Offenses That May Warrant a Written Warning:

  • Arriving at work under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Willful neglect or poor performance of assigned tasks
  • Use of disrespectful, obscene, or offensive language toward others
